Roles and Responsibilities: 

Research, create and deliver associated Upstream Research content of high value and quality in support of customer delight.
Maintain full utilization between research and consulting.
Occasionally support Upstream Research business development (including presentations within subject matter expertise) towards new sales and renewals as requested by manager.
Proactively engage in relevant industry events, publications, societies and committees.
Support Marketing and Product Management initiatives as requested by manager to create client and prospect campaigns around Upstream Research products.
Support sales and delivery of Upstream Consulting as requested.
Provide Upstream Research support to other IHS organizations as requested by manager in support of IHS revenue growth.
Review data and methodology differences with related experts and product managers and agree on shared approaches going forward.
Understand and adapt quickly to product roadmaps.
Support initiatives for shared data platforms, integrated models, internal education programmes and cross-team assignment

·         BS in Accounting/Finance required

·         Ability to use advanced MS Excel functions (Macros/Pivot Tables/V-lookups), VBA/SQL is a major plus. 

·         Proficiency/implementation experience with SAP/Oracle/Hyperion would be a major plus.
