Actuaries- Analyst

Job Description

 

Analyze and reconcile data correctly for projects assigned. Identify and highlight unreasonable data and correct as necessary.

Develop claim liability reserves through IBNR model using claims and membership data.

Perform in-depth reasonableness analysis and confirm accuracy of assumptions.

Document, create summary reports in order to communicate results to internal management. Archive results of each analysis performed, once complete.

Demonstrate the ability to perform previously assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision and maintain quality and accuracy.

To check the accuracy and reasonability of work.

Ability to perform analysis and complete tasks, while maintaining quality of work product during extremely time sensitive deadlines.

Ability to effectively manage team discipline, motivation and morale.

Maintain the integrity amongst the team members.

Perform ah-hoc research and development requests as required.
