(ii) Degrees awarded under Distance mode through study centres by other State Universities (beyond A.P. State) are not legally valid

Scale of Pay : Rs. 23115-35720/-
Application Fee : i) Each applicant must pay Rs. 150/- (Rupees One hundred and Fifty Only) towards Application Processing Fee (including SC/ST/BC/ PH/Ex-servicemen). ii) Applicants under General category must also pay Rs.350/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Fifty ONLY) towards Examination Fee in addition to the Application Processing fee (i.e. Rs. 150 + Rs. 350 = Rs. 500/-). iii) Applicants belonging to SC/ST/BC Communities of Andhra Pradesh state, need not pay Examination fee of Rs. 350/-. iv) Applicants belonging to PH/Ex-Servicemen are exempted for payment of examination fee of Rs. 350/-. v) Candidates belonging to States other than Andhra Pradesh will be considered as Non-local in General category only and are required to pay the above-prescribed fee (Rs.150/- + Rs.350/-)
Selection Process :  i) The selection of candidates for appointment will be made 100% based on Written examination, duly following Rule of reservation and Spirit of Presidential order and also other terms notified or modified from time to time.  ii) Only those candidates who qualify in the written examination by being ranked high, community wise will be called for verification of Original Certificates in 1:2 ratio. (iii) The minimum qualifying marks in the written test for the above selection process shall be as follows:  OC - 40%  BC - 35%  SC/ST - 30% Or as per Rules 
Bond : (i) The candidates appointed will be required to execute a bond (in Non-Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs.110/- (Rupees One hundred and ten only) at the time of joining, to serve APEPDCL for a minimum period of 5 years after completion of training – cum- probation period (2 years). (ii) During the above bond period the candidates will deposit his/her original certificates such as Degree, Date of Birth, and Community etc with APEPDCL. The certificate so deposited with APEPDCL shall not be returned during the above bond period. (iii) The candidate who leaves the APEPDCL service during the training – cum -probation period shall refund the emoluments received by him/her plus Rs. 30,000/-(Rupees Thirty thousand only) by way of liquidated damages. 7 (iv) The candidate who leaves APEPDCL service without serving a minimum period of 5 years after completion of training – cum -probation period shall have to pay a sum of Rs.60,000/-(Rupees Sixty Thousand Only) by way of liquidated damages
Training cum Probation : The candidates appointed to the post shall be placed on Training-cum-Probation for a period of 2 years. During the period of Training-cum-Probation he/she will be paid the minimum of the pay scale along with admissible allowances 
Examination Centers : The written examination for recruitment will be held at different centers located in Visakhapatnam only
Place of posting: The candidates appointed shall be required to work within jurisdiction of APEPDCL or wherever necessary

Reporting to the Sales Manager the incumbent will be responsible for acquisition new business and sales management for the assigned territory / accounts. The job involves planning and execution of sales plans.
Key Responsibilities
will be responsible for: 
• Interacting with potential corporate clients to provide end to end online Recruitment Solutions through telesales initiative.
• Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.

Job Requirements:
• Should have 2-3yr  of experience in B2B / corporate outbound sales in telesales environment
• Must have strong interpersonal and networking skill.
• Adequate experience of handling and successfully closing  sales deals ( complete sales cycle )
• Should be a Team player who can integrate with the sales team.
• An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role.
