Job Description
Role Responsibilities
 Assist Change Management in fulfilling the following Mission statement: Change Management ensures that a unified set of policies and procedures are defined and consistent across all applications
 and infrastructure within the Dell IT Domain. Through a set of stringent change methodologies, this framework will drive process adherence and awareness, that will in turn minimize risk and provide maximum availability while delivering quality and value to the Dell business.
 Responsible for the full life-cycle of Changes assigned to the Change Manager
 Attend and assist with the Infrastructure and Application Change Advisory Boards (CABs)
 Drive down process violations
 Ensure each Change is fully documented to
 include peer review of the implementation, back out plans and other required artifacts
 Facilitate the technical reviews of the change by the Infrastructure and Application teams, driving up business availability
 Assist in driving the Change Process Improvement
 strategy

Requirements
 Four year degree or equivalent experience
 ITIL v3 Certification and 1+ years of
 experience working in the ITIL processes, specifically the full life cycle of Change Management
 1+ years working within IT
 Strong “command presence” with outstanding communication skills at all levels of the organization
 History of working in the Remedy tool within the Change module
 Experience in the Microsoft office products of Excel,
 PowerPoint and Word is a must.



Qualifications

Candidate will have a Four year degree or equivalent experience, ITIL v3 Certification and 1+ years of
experience working in the ITIL processes, specifically the full life cycle of Change Management and 1+ years working
within IT. Strong “command presence” with outstanding communication skills at all levels of the organization and a
background working in the Remedy tool and or OPASv2/OPASv3. Experience in the Microsoft office products of Excel,
PowerPoint and Word is a must.
