Freelancer has to work as a HR Recruiter. He/ She should have Computer with Internet connection and a Mobile Phone to start with. No Fixed Salary will be paid. Freelancer will be paid according to the assignments done. Freelancer has to work from home. There would be no field work involved.

Role - Human resource sourcing (End to end recruitment) Should have proper knowledge of contacting and hiring candidates Should have proper understanding of online marketing, search engines, bulk mailing and Job Portals. Proficient in handling manpower planning & recruitment, orientation & on-boarding, employee engagement activities, reward & recognition system, discipline management, talent management, executive development performance management, competency mapping etc. Demonstrated acumen in developing new employees, retaining current employees and attracting highly skilled employees to work for the company. Hands on experience in co-ordination with an objective to keep things similar across locations. Highly organized professional with ability to handle complex tasks / situations. An effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal & relationship management skills and experience in training and development of the subordinates.
