Job Description
We are a recruitment consultant and we are in the process of short
listing candidates for Front Office Executive on our Client's behalf.
Following are the requirements we have currently:
Counsellor/Sr Counsellor - Ahmedabad, Bangalore,
Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow,
Mangalore, Trivandrum and Vijaywada
We will be conducting
recruitment drive in the respective branches on Wednesday, July 30,
2014. Following are the pre-requisites:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Presentable
3. Open to travel - Please inform that we have 4 weeks induction
training planed from 7th August 2014 at the head office Delhi. Travel
and stay will be arranged by the company itself. Apart from that there
will be occasional travel for events.

Prefer candidate from
the overseas education industry, however we are open to look for post
graduate freshers who match the above criteria.

Job position: Counselor / Sr. Counselor
Business Line: Global Education Services (AUS, NZ, USA Canada, Germany)
Function: Business Operations & Service Delivery
Location: Ahmedabad, Bangalore,
Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow,
Mangalore, Trivandrum and Vijayawada
Reporting Officer: Branch Manager (and or as notified)
Work Timings: 0930 hrs – 1830 hrs
5 days / week (a compulsory off on Sunday and a roster off during the week) Extendable hours, as and when required
Probation Period: 6 Months
Compensation and Benefits: Salary – 2.4 lacs to 4.2 lacs (negotiable) + Performance based Incentives – as per company policy and target setting
Loyalty Bonus – Periodic (On successful completion of 3 years, 5 years, 7 years, 10 years, 15 years…)
Company Holidays: Paid holidays (national and festive) per annum– 12 days
Annual Leave Entitlement: Earned Leave – 15 days per annum
Casual Leave – 13 days per annum
