FEMTOCELLS small cells testing Roles And Responsibility:
Test case Planning, Execution. Troubleshooting/debugging issues found in during Solution testing, as well as those found in Customer production networks or Customer test labs.

4 to 7 Years
Mandatory Skills :
End to End Solution testing experience with systems comprised of multiple connected products and/or product simulators.
Experience with Small Cells HeNB and HeNBGW configuration and the signaling b/w them. SON, ANR, NWL and mainly distributed SON.
In depth understanding of UMTS protocols and Architecture. Excellent understanding of signal flows as per the 3GPP specs. 2G or 3G or LTE RAN testing and troubleshooting experience.
Experience in Software Development/Integration. Experience in developing or testing CISCO BAC and TR-069 protocol.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in CISCO CDETS and TIMS systems for Test Case and Defect Tracking. Using of Solaris/Linux systems. Configuration experience or basic understanding of CISCO routers ans switches.
Ability to debug and troubleshoot system and network issues.Basic scripting knowledge Python, C+ etc.
