designing, creating and selling retail banking solutions. Senior
executives who worked in IT organizations with excellent track record of
retail banking solutions with the following experience are preferred.

Retail Banking Solution Consulting
- Ability to define digital retail bank blue print, digital retail bank strategies and solution portfolio
- Ability to understand retail banks business problems, existing
solution deficiencies, new business trends and advise changes required
in business processes, services, products, culture, talent etc.,
- Ability to analyze deficiencies in existing retail bank business
process and re-engineer the business processes by embedding digital
technologies like social, mobile, analytics, internet of things etc.,
- Ability to quantify the business value from digital banking initiatives with clear ROI justification
- Ability to interpret various retail banking reports, dashboards and
other visual information generated from Analytics to help retail banks
to take right decisions at right time
- Ability to research and gain a thorough understanding of customers,
their business strategies and challenges and to design innovative
solution portfolio to deliver value to retail banks
- Experience in working with Digital Channels, Digital Wallet
solutions, Smart phone banking, PIVAS – synchronization process, Banking
Apps etc.,
Market Research & Solution design
- Ability to define retail banking industry best practices and next practices and implement within customer business activities
- Ability to constantly search for trends, innovations and market
challenges occurring in retail banking clients and offer thought
leadership to customers to prepare them for future
- Ability to interface with external industry experts to anticipate
market needs, drive industry mindshare and facilitate solution
development.
Sales & Presales Enablement
- Ability to maintain client relationships, participate in account planning and business development
- Ability to influence sales strategy, revenue target planning in different regions
- Ability to provide unique and innovative domain solutions to enable sales and presales team to win the deals
- To engage with partners to pursue joint growth activities.
Trusted Advisor to Customer
- Act as a mentor to the business executives, by establishing oneself as a recognized subject matter expert in retail banking
- Establish a high level of personal credibility, by building strong
professional relationships with C--level stakeholders within the retail
banks
- Ability to become a recognized trusted advisor by demonstrating breadth and depth of industry/domain knowledge
Thought Leadership
- Speaking at conferences
- Writing articles for the industry publications
- Active industry association membership
- Assisting in trade show representation
- Maintain network of senior and C--level banking contacts and contacts among banking thought leaders
Education & Qualifications
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed institute
- Overall 12 – 15 years domain experience in Retail Banking
- 6+ years extensive experience of working in IT services or IT products organization company as retail banking domain specialist
- Any retail banking credentials or certifications would be an added advantage
