Job Description
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate and contribute in the requirement analysis and design.
• Independently develop the module or tasks assigned.
• Follow the architectural guidelines and standards of design and coding to produce quality deliverables.
• Implement the best-practices in design and coding as applicable.
• Ensures good unit testing for the modules developed and ensures that the module works well in overall system testing phase.
• Generate appropriate design documents and other forms of documentation to clearly represent the solutions being created.
• Work with other development team members to allow them to implement the designs, including design and code reviews.
• Interact with customers and end-users as required to perform the tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
B.Tech(CSE)/ MCA from AICTE / UGC approved university.
Technical Skills:
• 5+ years of software development experience in .Net technologies.
• Minimum of 4 years professional experience designing, developing and supporting web applications and databases
• Strong
knowledge of the Microsoft stack with specific knowledge in C#,
ASP.NET, ADO.NET, WCF, Ajax, JQuery, Java Script and SQL Server
2008/2012
• Experience with multiple forms of architectures, including: N-Tier, SOA, MVC, and other related object oriented design patterns.
• Advanced understanding of SQL, data modelling, schema design, and database management and optimization.
• Must have experience in Unit Test Frameworks and automated Unit Testing.
• Experience with Visual Studio 2010 required.
• Experience with SSRS, Crystal reports.
• Third Party controls (DevExpress/Telerik preferred)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge/exposure in Agile Methodology.
• Interactions with the customer and client facing ability.
• Good team skills and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Advantageous:
• Prior experience in developing ERP, Finance and Inventory applications is a plus.
