Job Description
- · Experience: 0 yr to 3 yrs
- · Positions: 4.
- · Excellent communication skills.
- · Customer visits will be weekly 3 days.
- · Bike and license is mandatory.
- · A candidate with a zeal to start his/her career in IT Technical Support is preferred. Minimum understanding of IT hardwares, networking and IT set up is considered.
- · Ideally candidates with a understanding of IT hardwares, networking and IT set up is considered. Anyone who has done a course in A+, N+, MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, MCP, MCTS is suitable.
- · Will involve little bit of client place visits too to troubleshoot applications and upgrade IT technology, hence require two wheeler.
Profile:
- · Troubleshoot manually and remotely systems, printers, scanners and applications.
- · Assist the senior engineers in project completion like new implementations, configurations, migrations, networking issues etc.
- · Work on ticketing system and resolve issues in the given SLA.
- · Support end users with any technical issue.
- · Scope to work on technologies like Windows 2008 server, Exchange 2010, VMware, AD,DNS,DHCP, Antivirus server etc..
